Youth ticket is only available on-site pick-up and only for person who purchase. Without verification, extra charge will be made when receiving ticket.

Discounts and Free Admission

• Group - 20% discount for 30 and more 1-Day Pass purchase (By September 26 (Fri). No double discounts) On-Site Ticket discount

Ticket Shipping

Early Bird Tickets will be mailed on August 13 (Wed) in order to avoid congestion at the festival. General Tickets can be chosen either mail delivery or on-site pickup.

• General Ticket Shipping Date: September 15 (Sold June 25 ~ September 12)
• On-Site pickup: Pickup orders of pre-booked ticket, On-site purchase, purchase after September 12
• Those who choose mail delivery can enter the Festival more promptly because tickets can be exchanged with entrance bracelets without having to present ID card.
• If you are picking up your ticket at the box office, please bring your photo ID and a booking confirm the number with you.

Please note that once tickets are mailed, they cannot be re-issued when lost.
Tickets can be picked up during the festival from 12pm until 1 hour before the last performance.

Entry Information

• All delivered tickets including Early Bird Ticket must be exchanged with the bracelet.
• No access to paid stages is allowed without the bracelet in any circumstances.
• Entry is allowed to paid stages (Jazz Island and Party Stage) from 90 minutes prior to the start of performance, everyone can enjoy free stages.
• All pets except guide dogs are not allowed into paid stage area.
• Paid Stages : Jazz Island, Party Stage
• Free Stages : Festival Lounge, Jazz Cube, Jazz Palette, JJ Station, JJ Club, JJ Hawon, JJ Spot

Cancellation Policy

• Early bird tickets are not refundable after 7 days of purchase. Other tickets are subject to cancellation and refund policy of website.
• Please check terms and conditions of cancellation of website prior to purchase.

Note

• Please exchange your ticket with bracelet at the ticket booth before entering the paid stages.
• Tickets cannot be refunded or reissued once mailed. The festival is not responsible for lost tickets and other related damages.
• Purchasing tickets through unofficial channels is against the law. The festival organization and sponsors are not responsible for damages following unofficial transactions.
• Event tickets cannot be handed over. Please bring your own ID for verification.
• If cancellation/refund is necessary, tickets that are sent to sender before October 1 can be cancelled/refunded.
  * No cancellations using the internet/ARS is available for mailed tickets. On-Site tickets can be cancelled before booking ends (October 1) using the internet/ARS
• The return mailing fee is the customer's responsibility. Without the return confirmation, cancel/refund is not available.
• Early Bird Tickets can only be cancelled within 7 days after purchase
• On-Site ticket quantity will vary depending on the online booking quantity.
